Bettr Fit Club- Gym Terms and Conditions

1. Membership Agreement

4. Gym Rules and Conduct

4.1 Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and appropriate manner while using gym facilities.

4.2 Proper gym attire must be worn at all times.

4.3 Members must adhere to all safety guidelines and instructions provided by Bettr Fit Club staff.

4.4 Inappropriate behavior, harassment, or violation of gym rules may result in membership termination without a refund.

5. Membership Termination and Refunds

5.1 Bettr Fit Club reserves the right to terminate a membership for reasons including, but not limited to, failure to pay dues, misconduct, or violation of gym rules.

5.2 Membership fees are non-refundable except in cases where the gym is unable to provide services as promised.

6. Health and Safety

6.1 Members are responsible for ensuring that they are in good physical condition to use gym facilities. Consultation with a medical professional is recommended before starting any new fitness program.

6.2 Bettr Fit Club is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or health-related issues that may occur on the premises.

7. Personal Belongings

7.1 Members are responsible for their personal belongings. Bettr Fit Club is not liable for any lost or stolen items.

8. Cancellation

8.1 Members may cancel their membership by providing written notice as specified in the membership agreement.

9. Privacy Policy

9.1 Bettr Fit Club respects the privacy of its members. Personal information is collected and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
