You'll be guided through a variety of targeted stretching methods, including:
Dynamic Stretching – Active movements that warm up your muscles and improve functional mobility. Great before workouts or to get your body moving after sitting.
Static Stretching – Deep, controlled holds that lengthen muscles and improve flexibility over time. Ideal for cooling down and relieving tightness.
Active Stretching – Engage one muscle group to stretch another, helping build both strength and flexibility.
PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) – Partner or solo-assisted techniques that safely push your stretch limit and improve range of motion.
Myofascial Release – Light pressure and mobility tools (foam rollers, balls) to release tension and improve tissue health.
Breath-Integrated Stretching – Use intentional breathing to deepen your stretches and activate the nervous system’s relaxation response.
