Welcome to Pole Foundations, the perfect starting point for anyone new to pole fitness or returning after time away. This beginner-friendly class is designed to help you build confidence, strength, and body awareness while learning the essential techniques that form the foundation of your pole journey.

Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll learn fundamental grips, spins, transitions, and movement patterns in a supportive and encouraging environment. Our goal is to help you feel comfortable, empowered, and successful from your very first class.

We encourage students to take this class multiple times, with instructor approval, to develop proper technique, build strength, and master the fundamentals before progressing to P2P 101 (coming soon).

What to Bring:

  • Shorts (required for proper grip)

  • Yoga mat

  • Water bottle

Before Class:
Please arrive on time and avoid applying lotions, oils, or creams to your skin prior to class, as they can affect your grip and safety on the pole.
